GEM Consulting is proud to deliver Emergency Management Ontario’s Preparedness Centre of Excellence (PCoE) training, providing recognized, in-person certification across essential disaster and emergency management competencies. These courses offer hands-on, instructor-led learning that equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed for effective emergency response.

PCoE Courses Include:

  • EM 200 – Basic Emergency Management (BEM): Introduction to emergency management principles, roles, and responsibilities.
  • IMS 100 – Introduction to Incident Management System: Overview of IMS structure and functions.
  • IMS 200 – Basic Incident Management System: Core skills for managing incidents within the IMS framework.
  • IMS 300 – Intermediate Incident Management System: Advanced IMS applications for complex incidents.

All PCoE courses are delivered in-person, ensuring participants receive immersive, interactive instruction in a classroom and/or field environment.
